The Cyclops has been burnt down

We just got word that the Cyclops, the autonomous social center in southern Stockholm, today has been burnt to the ground. Firefighters tried to save the house but the roof collapsed and only the containers are still standing. The Cyclops is still ablaze.

There has been a build up of Nazi activity in Stockholm the last couple of weeks mounting in demonstrations tomorrow in central Stockholm and a week from now in the Nazi march in Salem, south of Stockholm. At the Cyclops antiracist fund raising parties and meetings have been held. Nazis are suspected of the arson.

We’re in grief. Our thoughts go to Kulturkampanjen who have invested so much time, energy, money and love into the Cyclops.
